Welcome to the Emmental brewery! Welcome with a fresh beer. You will then move on to the brewery area, where you will learn all about the production of beer and much more during an approximately ¾-hour beer seminar. Now it's time for refreshments and to delve even deeper into the world of beer: you will taste four to six different varieties from the brewery's own production facilities, accompanied by delicious aperitif platters with Emmental specialties. The tasting lasts around an hour, but you are welcome to linger in the brewery afterwards.
After the tasting and aperitif, you can enjoy a leisurely stroll back along the Emme towards Burgdorf.
