Your e-bike tour begins in Burgdorf, from where you cycle leisurely along the Emme to Oberburg. From there, you cycle through an idyllic valley towards Mänziwilegg. With a view of the Alps, you then cycle rapidly towards Biglen to the Merängge producer Freudiger. This family business produces the finest regional products. Emmentaler Merängge and Pastetli are among the traditional classics - but the original spelt biscuits and hazelnut gingerbread are also typical delicacies of the region.So that you can stock up on Emmental specialties without any worries and take them home with you without any damage, we equip your e-bike with sacoches for practical transportation. On the guided tour through the bakery, you will learn everything you need to know about the production of Merängge. The tour lasts around one hour.
